These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PC Gamers Hub website and services. By using our website, requesting a quote or purchasing products or services from PC Gamers Hub Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All quotations are non-binding and subject to stock availability and price changes.

4. Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are based on current component and market prices.
  • Prices may change due to supplier or market fluctuations.
  • Orders are only confirmed after agreement and payment arrangement.
  • PC Gamers Hub reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

5. Payments

Payment for repairs, custom builds and refurbished systems is arranged directly with the customer by cash, card or other agreed payment method.

For items reserved through our Limited Time Offers page, customers may either pay on collection by cash or card at our Rochdale location, or pay online securely via PayPal before collection.

Online payments are processed securely through PayPal. PC Gamers Hub does not store or process customer card or banking details.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). PC Gamers Hub Ltd is not VAT registered and therefore does not charge VAT.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Reservation Policy

Items reserved through the Limited Time Offers page are held for a maximum of 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

If an item is not collected within this period, PC Gamers Hub reserves the right to cancel the reservation and return the item to stock.

7. Repairs & Liability

While reasonable care is taken during repairs, upgrades and diagnostics, PC Gamers Hub is not responsible for pre-existing faults, unrelated hardware failure, data loss, software corruption or operating system issues outside the agreed scope of work.

Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before any repair or upgrade work is carried out.

8. Warranty

All new components supplied by PC Gamers Hub include a standard 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Refurbished systems, laptops and components include a 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorised repair attempts or modifications
  • Damage caused during customer installation or handling

Warranty is void if components show signs of physical damage, including:

  • Bent motherboard socket pins
  • Bent or damaged CPU pins
  • Cracked PCBs
  • Burn marks or electrical damage

Refurbished systems or components may contain a mixture of new and refurbished parts unless otherwise stated.

9. Returns & Refunds

Custom-built PCs may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Faulty items or systems will be inspected and, where appropriate, repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

10. Customer Responsibility

  • Providing accurate information about faults or requirements
  • Confirming compatibility requirements where applicable
  • Backing up important files and data before repairs
  • Collecting devices and reserved items within agreed timeframes

11. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility when purchasing standalone components or accessories unless advice has been specifically provided by PC Gamers Hub.

12. Uncollected Devices

PC Gamers Hub reserves the right to apply storage charges or dispose of uncollected devices after reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer.

13. Limitation Of Liability

PC Gamers Hub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of income, business or data resulting from the use of our services or products.

14. Website Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to damage, disrupt or interfere with the website or its services.

15. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes To Terms

PC Gamers Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
